One of the reasons for our uniqueness is our Area Director program (which is not part of our compensation plan but is in addition to it). Leadership and Loyalty are the keys to developing a successful business short-term and long-term. If you have the skills or at least the strong desire and potential... you could qualify to be an Area Director for GEON®.

What are the qualifications to be considered for our Area Director program?

• Successful sales, management, and/or training background (or strong desire).
• Must be highly motivated, self-starter, self-motivated.
• Must provide leadership primarily in a defined geographical area.
• GEON® must be the ONLY business opportunity you promote.
• Confidentiality and non-compete agreement is required.
• In some areas you would run and/or manage a local distribution and/or training center.
• In some cases you would be responsible for training and managing other Area Directors.
• In some cases a definitive time and financial commitment is required.
• NOTE: We do offer an alternative nonparticipating Area Director program.

What are the benefits of being an Area Director?

• Depending on the scope of your responsibility, level of Area Director, size of geographical
  area, personal - group - area performance... you can earn a percentage of sales within your
  assigned geographical area (whether these sales occurred in your own organization or not).
• Special recognition by the company and by those within your assigned geographical area.
• Depending on sales growth and other criteria directly attributable to the Area Director...
  special bonuses, incentives, trips, support, etc., can be earned or achieved.

• Global
• International
• Country
• National
• Regional

• Local

In each geographical targeted areas our intention is to have as many Area Director levels as is reasonable, available, and filled within a short-time to facilitate the growth and retention in those markets.
