FOUNDERNigel AllanNigel is a pioneer - an innovator, not an imitator and has a history of positive creativity within our industry. Over the last 24 years Nigel has built a successful and varied career in network marketing. Nigel has become one of the world's foremost experts in the industry whose knowledge and experience has been called upon by company owners on both sides of the Atlantic. His first exposure to network marketing was 3rd October 1985 when he was invited to a one-to-one 'job interview' for a company called Herbalife. When he arrived he was ushered into a room with over 100 'unnaturally excited' people. He thought some new cult had come into town. However, being rational he thought there was nothing to lose and signed up that night to see what all the excitement was about. Little did he know that this was the start of a long and distinguished career in this life-changing industry. In 1991, Nigel launched the 'diet cookie' craze in the UK with Lifestyles, earning one of the largest bonus cheques ever for a launch month of a new company in the UK, with over 3500 people joining his team in the very first month. In 1993, Nigel produced one of the world's first complete lines of AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) skin care products and marketed it in partnership with Enrich International (now known as Unicity), a major USA-based network marketing company. At the time, the combination of AHAs with Beta Glucan was considered groundbreaking and produced measurable and rapid improvements in the quality and appearance of people's complexions. In 1997, Nigel created another world-first and invented the term "chirally correct cosmetics" with the world's first line of skin care whose active ingredients had been selected based upon their chemical orientation (optical activity) since Nigel hypothesized that since the body is stereo-selective (can only use one or the other 'hand' or version of a given organic compound) with regard to drugs and foods, then this must also be true of active compounds expected to work on the skin. Since then, there have been numerous imitators all claiming this was their idea and creation. ... definitely the sincerest form of flattery! In 1998, Nigel was invited as a guest speaker at an International Symposium on the Application of Biotechnology in Cosmetics at the Foundation for Biotechnology in Turin, Italy, alongside prestigious and award winning scientists. Since 1998, Nigel has been variously involved in training, consulting, managing and all aspects of business development for network marketing companies across Europe and in the USA, from product development to compensation plan design, from leadership to logistics (he ran an ecommerce fulfillment company processing and dispatching 15,000+ orders per month). Nigel is uniquely qualified and experienced to be at the helm of Geon, a company destined to be at the forefront of product innovation and marketing in the health and beauty industry.
